Hmmm i am considering that option , here's something that i am really proud off . and yet not proud that it happened. Here's Gerald's guide to loosing weight.!) its not that amount of exercise you do , it depends alot on what you eat . You could run 5km and then go eat A huge burger. Everything would be wasted.2) Do not snack after 8 , if youre hungry grab a glass of milk , or a fruit . These are non fatening suppers you could get.3) Do Exercise that involves heavy cardio , eg running , swimming . but if you find that too boring , engages in team sports or games like tennis and badminton.4)Have a basic serving of 1 lean meat e.g chicken , pork without any skin or fat . 1 Serving of vegies ,and reduce the intake of rice . this will help greatly , because rice contains carbo , and it turns into fat.5)Static exercise does not work , i was silly enough to try it.6) if u are wanting to gain weight like most of my friends are , DO THE EXACT OPPOSITE. plus eat chocolates , sleep after lunch and dinner and drink lots and lots of coke.*In every aspect the more u loose weight the healither u'll feel , your self - esteem will increase , u will fall sick less. Fatigue will not kick in so easily , you days will feel lighter .
